Merchandise Returns
All sales are final. Please request additional photos or information before purchase. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase experience and will issue a store credit to be used on a future purchase. Please send me a message within 3 days of receipt to arrange for a return/store credit.
If your purchase arrives damaged in transit, please send me a message on the Contact page to let me know the issue. This must be done within 3 days of receipt of the damaged package. If you need assistance in filing an insurance claim through USPS, I am happy to assist
Repairs
Any items received that are defective will be repaired or replaced within 3 months of purchase free of charge. Please contact me as soon as possible of the situation using the Contact Page to arrange.
